My vision as CEO of the group is for Alaasif Engineering Consultancy & Real Estate to move to the next stage. To achieve this, I have laid out our plan to focus on the quality of service and on expansion, so that clients find everything they need under the umbrella of our services and coverage.
We are facing a significant turning point in society that will change the way we all do business. Conventional thinking and traditional operating models will not be able to capture the opportunities arising from this paradigm shift. By taking the initiative to transform ourselves, we aim to deliver added value to our clients and all stakeholders.
I often talk about embracing new challenges, and I believe diversity is an essential element in this. Working with people from different cultures and backgrounds opens you up to new expertise, inspiration and ideas.
